It is made from egg whites and Aloe Vera. Do not skip this step!!! It is VERY IMPORTANT. It works best when used with steam therapy to loosen and soften hard, dried, sebum that is plugging up the pores. It should be used at least once a week and not less than every 2 weeks. This can be done by bringing a large saucepan of water to a full boil. Remove from stove and place it on a table top. For a very pleasing and relaxing experience, add some chamomile tea bags to the steaming water. Hold your head over the steam for 5-10 minutes. Use a towel to make a tent over your head to trap the steam leaving an opening for the steam to escape. If it is too hot make the opening bigger. Best done at night before retiring.
